What is an Electronic Health Record?

An electronic health record (EHR) is a digital version of a paper chart that contains all of a patient's medical history.

A patient statement is generated at the time a patient balance is created on the account. We provide detailed instructions directly on the statement for the responsible party for e.g. (contact insurance carrier to update coordination of benefits (COB), coverage was terminated kindly provide updated insurance information, etc).
